I think Jackie's comment about intentionally destabilizing the system is on target. That being said, there is intent here. There is intent <b>not</b> to decrease class-size. There is intent <b>not</b> to direct funds to the neediest. Malice on top of malice. I am referring to the weighted funding scheme. It seems like a stupid move to try two budgeting shake ups at the same time. I can’t help wondering where that money would have wound up if he hadn't done that.
