In view of this new type bonus structure, the process for transfer MUST be transparent. It was forseeable that some schools would vote not to participate in the bonus program. There was no forseeable plan to facilitate teachers who want to participate in the bonus plan. This is the issue which has to be addressed and I thank all of you for commenting. The union would not be serving the members if transfers were based upon word of mouth or nepotism. I do not believe the Union would advocate this method. Happy New Year to all !!!

AFAIK, there is no alternative, not if you want the $, not if you want to escape a merit pay school, not for anyone.
