Nor will the work she does outside the classroom or the work she does in cooperation with other teachers. Only evidence of teaching is noted on the list and if Mary still doesn't make adequate progress, Ms Socrates will be nicked for it nevertheless. Even though Mary's life has changed and Mary has changed her mind and will recognize educators as her friends, not foes to be resisted. Creative work can't be evaluated easily in the k-12 environment, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try a lot harder than we do.
