How in the world could Klein get an A from anyone in this system? With all the talk about “standards” and “qualified” personnel, I hope that we never see an uncertified and uncredentialed person as chancellor again. There is no vision in NYC, just soundbytes and the repeated shuffling of management.
To be fair, I would love to hear from the folks who believe he warrants an A. Perhaps, I’m biased, but I cannot think of anything meaningful and positive during his tenure.

It is time to lobby our state legislators of pass a law requiring that anyone at the head of a school system in the State of New York have at least 20 years of educational experience, and that all administrators must earn degrees from accredited universities, not from some Jack Welch academy.
