		<description>&lt;p&gt;Rangel made a magnificent presentation at our spring conference. For style and substance he is wondrous. But sadly, though he doesn&#039;t stand alone, he is largely isolated despite his powerful position. I wish that a moral force like Rangel were immune from being marginalized but he must battle a besieging army of reactionaries.&lt;/p&gt;
