Aside from Eduwonk’s equivocating, US Charter Schools’ weekly roundup of headlines missed this article about flagrant union-busting at a charter school in Illinois, as did NAPCS’s daily headlines. Any advice for a member, INCS? What should an authorizer do, NACSA? Are unfettered rights part of the legislative agenda and new portal? How does this impact the advice you’re giving to this guy, DFER, particularly since it’s in his backyard?
